Introduction

There are conflicts, disputes and difficulties in every institute, organization, or company. Though agency disputes or conflict can typically be resolved between employees, there are times when leaders, administrators, or management are needed to resolve the conflict, dispute, or difficulty. Action Research is an investigation commenced to resolve immediate challenges. It is an insightful method of gradual problem solving directed by persons employed alongside others in the group to develop the method they tackle disputes and disentangle difficulties. It encompasses the method of vigorously contributing in an institute’s modification state at the same time as the research takes place. The fundamental concept of action research is to utilize a systematic method to analysis dilemmas and develop resolutions to ordinary, actual difficulties. It operates around recurring four phase procedure intentionally planning, taking action, evaluating the action, and leading to further planning. (Smith, 2010)

Disagreements among workers are customary and inevitable.
