INTRODUCTION

But in an organisation, the term culture can be interpreted in a different manner especially when there are employees coming from various backgrounds and it affects the way people act at the workplace. That is how the term organisational culture has been created and has put the emphasis on the fact that the organisation’s employees can be productive and improve their skills with the help of the culture and thus help the organisation achieve its objectives. Indeed, organisational culture is made of rules, languages, ideologies which help organisations members in their day-to-day working experience.
