Kids N Play

I created my brochure for the company that I created in week 4, which was a childcare facility called “Kids N Play”. This company is a state-of-the art day care facility that reduces staff to child ratio, offers highly developed and stimulating educational programs, and utilizes advanced technology such as biometric fingerprint technology that significantly increases ease and efficiency of drop offs and pickups as well as overall child safety. The company offers full-time services for children as young as 6 weeks up through children in kindergarten. We also offer after school programs for children through age twelve. In creating the brochure for Kids N Play, I had to make sure that the prospective applicant was well aware of how this company has started from its small beginnings and risen rather quickly. I also had to make sure that the prospective applicant was aware of how this company is one of the current mode and trendsetters in the childcare industry, which is partly because of its employees.

For structure, I made sure to mention that the work environment is an up-beat and energetic type of environment that makes it easy and fun to work together toward success. This is important because that shows that all employees need to work with one another on a daily basis to meet our common goal of providing fun and safe childcare services. This statement will also help to explain the culture of my company because in order for us to be profitable and pursue our business model, we will need for our employees to always be active and motivated. This will result is happy customers and in employees who become integral to their community and form positive bonds with local society and, in turn, contribute to a better community!
