Gen Wk 5 Day 7 Assignment

 My first long term goal will be opening up my very own Medical Billing Office. Since my education is employment oriented I will not have any problem getting the necessary skills that I need to obtain this goal. I choose to go back to school and get a college education to prepare for the opening of my business. Writing a business plan is my first short term goal for this project. I am a great writer who enjoys researching so writing a business plan will not be much of a hassle for me. I plan on having it done by October of this current year. Another short term goal is to research the legal aspects of owning your own business and tax information. By this upcoming November, I will be reaching out to an attorney or legal advisor in my area to get that information. My third short term goal is to go to the bookstore and buy as many books as I can find on running your own medical billing office and managing personal finances. My fourth short term goal is to choose a name for my company. A company name is the forefront of you business and should be carefully chosen so I plan to have one by December of this year. Education would be my second long term goal. Going back to college was a decision I made so that I can change and enhance my career lines that I already have established. I have not been in the work world for that many years so I still have rooms to work with. One thing I have realized is that in my field of expertise you never stop learning. My first short term goal will be to complete my first set of course that I am currently taking at Axia College within the next month. Right now I am taking two courses in which one course reinforces the concept that learning effectively and living well involves both the mind and body and the other develop strategies for successful distance learning, and time management.
