Executive Summary

General Motors specializes in a wide variety of car sales and has built its name on selling cars that people want at a reasonable price. With that motto in mind General Motors has decided to expand its business onto the online users in an attempt to capitalize on this new budding market. Research done by General Motors has shown that this new market of allowing online purchasing of custom car parts and vehicles has proves to be profitable for other leading competitors such as Ford and Chevrolet.

The business plan intends to show the progress of the project as it begins its’ construction and is specifically tailored to follow the projects budget and implementation guidelines. The guidelines have been broken down into deliverables, milestones, and a customer review that will be done before the project is finalized. It is important that the customer review the final product before its launch to allow for any changes before the launch.

With any project there is concern on whether the project will meet the specified deadline. Through constant communication with both the sponsors and the creators of the program we will insure the project launches as smoothly as possible and should any problems arise they can be handled as the occur.

The estimates suggest that with the clients and market area should have a net earning of $350,000 at the end of the first year of operation. In order to begin this project we are seeking for an $80,000 investment from the co-owners.
