Culture includes the organization values, visions, norms, working language, systems, symbols, beliefs and habits. It is also the pattern of such collective behaviors and assumptions that are taught to new organizational members as a way of perceiving, and even thinking and feeling.Business Culture is a concept which describes the attitudes, experiences, beliefs and values of an organization. The business culture is learned through human interaction. Organizational culture affects the way people and groups interact with each other, with clients, and with stakeholders. Culture is just one entity that adds to the organization as a whole.

Corporate culture is often called "the character of an organization", since it embodies the vision of the company's founders. The values of a corporate culture influence the ethical standards within a corporation, as well as managerial behavior.
