1. The EndNote corruption issues are due to a couple factors.

a. When you first turn on the computer please make sure that both Google Drive icon and the Drop Box Icons are fully synced. Some people are opening them before they are finished synchronizing, which can causes conflicts in the manner of multiple versions of the same file.

b. When Endnote is closed, make sure both Google drive and Drop Box are fully synced.

c. If you are offline, please try to get access to the internet. Your changes are only updated when you go online, and if someone goes on after you, but before you sync then your changes are ignored.

d. There is also an option in EndNote to import files into your personal EndNote and ignore duplicates, that way you do not corrupt other student’s endnote files.

f. We hope to be replacing EndNote with Qiqqa. If you could please download the app at www.qiqqa.com and create a free account. Ultimately, our library is up on Qiqqa, and as each person creates an account, I will share it with them. Email me and I will send you the link.
