Ethic shapes human activities throughout the world. Humans have different responsibility and face challengers in each milestone they go through in life. The challenges and new events in a human being determine his character. Moral character is equated to social ethics and norms. Staff and professionals encompassed into a professional group or unity. A mandatory drill needs to be done to unify organizational interests with individual expectations. The character involves duty, country and honor. Researchers and scholars are faced with weighty questions including, for who? When? and why? Cadres to a military camp need to understand the three words (duty, honor and country) towards their service to the nation.

Duty,

Duty is a responsibility bestowed to an individual. Cadre and army men have a duty or responsibility to guide their county with honor. Duty can be authority performed by an individual. Duty is a moral obligation. Duty entails the performance of bestowed responsibility with obedience, and discipline. For instance, the American army has a duty to the country, which is to protect, and safe guide the countries boarders from intruders. The American army has been involved in peace missions around the world to keep Americas safe. Recent mission was in Afghanistan and Somali in 2002. The army obligation is a duty to the call of work in the country they call allegiance.

Duty is a personal will and acceptance to responsibility. Individual’s duty entails taking care of the consequences that come with decisions taken by an individual. The consequence can be either positive or negative that an individual should live with. Duty is beyond satisfaction but to serve and find opportunities for the people we serve. Citizens of a country need to have a sense of duty to God, the country, state and local government and finally a duty to fellow citizens and ourselves.
