Which organizational model best describes your organization or an organization with which you are familiar?

Any organizational model will drafted to maintain coordination between employees. There exists a relationship between the employees of the organization with the help of this organizational model. The structure of the organization will be formed on the basis of many factors of the organization like size, production scale of the company, structure of the company, aims of the company. There can be variety of model in the organization like hierarchical organization, vertical organization, horizontal organization, etc. I believe that hierarchical organization will suit the best to the organization with which I am familiar. Hierarchical organization will be described as that type of organization in which only one entity is at the top level and the rest of the entity are considered as the subordinates level. This means that there is a pyramid shape of hierarchy worked between the employees in the organization especially health care organization. In this type of organization the hierarchy level is very well maintained. Though there is exists a good and understandable relationship between the employees, staffs and doctors but there is a dignity maintain among the working committees. This is necessary because the doctors cannot consult every with the wards boys or nurses in any health care organization. Similarly, the compounder cannot share the necessity of medicals or he cannot shift the burden of his duty to a sweeper. Therefore there is a proper hierarchy which exists among all the working members in the health care organization and each and every ember understand and know his duty and responsibilities and continue the same without interfering in the work of each other.
