ETRE Trading Establishment, part of Bindawood Group Of Companies, implements SODA (Sales

Order Desktop Application) to reduce operational cost, enhance system efficiency and meeting

maximum customer requirements.

Introduction

ETRE Trading Establishment, Sister Concern of

Bindawood Group has implemented SODA

(Sales Order Desktop Application) to meet the

new industry challenges, maximize the

customer satisfaction in order to meet the

sales targets. The increasing operational cost

was also an aspect to implement a low cost

with maximum application facilities. Since

ETRE is a mix brand of latest fashion hence its

major customers are V.I.Ps.

Since ETRE deals in quality products, it is

necessary to provide the maximum facilities

to customer under the prescribed budget to

maintain the profits of company.

Current system had its own system limitation

and any modification required was costing the

business heavily. Also it was a lengthy process

since lots of internal / external formalities

were involved hence it was a time taking job

to make any desired modification with the

system.

The Implementation

In such situation, ETRE Trading Establishment

decided to implement SODA in their stores as

a front and back line application to reduce the

current cost and to maximize the customer

convenience.

The Process

SODA is an application with in the master financial

system named JDA. It is liked with JDA and all...
