Communication in the work place is the most important factor that you need to make your business successful. Anyone can start a business, but making sure that you have communication is the key to what will help to keep your business up and on top. Without communication, employees are second guessing their work. You should make sure that all of your staff communicates with each other, and make sure that everyone is aware of any changes that are being made.

One of the most important factors for communication in the work environment is capable team members. No matter what type of business that you are running, having the right staff is the step to success. You want to make sure that the team that is standing behind you, helping you to make your business a success, is capable. You need to have people that you are able to trust and are able to follow your vision. You and your other team members need to be very clear on

the preliminary goals required before an overall objective can be reached. If your staff consists of people that have the wrong type of attitude or are not able to work well with others, you will not be able to get the work that you need accomplished. You need people that are dedicated to their job and are not just there for a check. If your team is passionate about their job, they will be more than willing to give that extra 10% to make sure the job gets done correctly. Much that goes on within a workplace team involves careful analysis of data and decision making, so your ability to think critically and solve problems logically are indispensable team skills (Cheesebro, O'Connor, and Rios (2010). Having a capable team is just as important as the job itself. In order to be truly capable participants, you and the other members need to receive training in the teamwork process (Cheesebro, O'Connor, and Rios 2010).
