Why I M Join This Company

Being a student of BRAC Business School, my plan is to doing major in Finance and Management. Every business students has a dream to work in a specific company or organization based on their reputation and work environment. Similarly, I have a dream to work two companies which is listed on 100 world best company that is UNILIVER And TOYOTA Company. Now I will elaborate more about this companies and why I am interested on this two.

TOYOTA has a 75 years glorious history. First of all, Toyota has a great reputation to serve their customer. From the beginning of their company TOYOTA has ensure quality assurance activities which carried in top ratings from our customers. The main principles behind our company’s quality assurance system including

'Customer First', 'Quality First',

Secondly, they play a great role to fulfill the responsibility towards their employees. They follow a concept that is “Respect for people”. In this company they create a friendly work environment where employee can feel free to share their problems. If their any problem arises, manager asks their employees what the problem is with the way their work is currently being done. Then they ask their employee what should be done about their problem. What is the solution from their point of view? After that, they choose the best alternatives solutions.

In addition, they try to show mutual respect – each for the other and for each other’s role is it possible to solve problems, make work more satisfying, and move organizational performance to an ever higher level. In TOYOTA company manager always try to say their employee that the manager can’t solve the problem alone, because the manager isn’t close enough to the problem to know the facts.
