Hello all,

As part of the next step in your TVTC professional growth and development, attached are two reading and reflection assignments. The assignments are connected with the two Customer Service books you received earlier this month. Open each of the attached documents and tab through the fields so you can type in your personal reflections. Rename and save the document so you can email me your assignment by the following due dates: January 31, 2013 & February 28, 2013.

Assignment 1: Read 180 Ways to Walk the Customer Service Talk by Eric Harvey & The WALK THE TALK Team. Identify the top 10 things that speak to you or pertain to your situation. After you complete this assignment, consider sharing your top 10 things with others (coworkers, friends, and spouse, etc.).
