Introduction:-

The food facilities give boost to industrial and commercial growth. The availability of food nearby the public area at reasonable pricing is a challenge in India since cost of land is going up day by day. The proximity to hotels, restaurants and canteens, in industrial hub, save time, money and energy of workers as well owners.

Nowadays as we are observing that almost all builders and developers, making highlight the proximity to food courts ,hotels , hospitals and schools, in their projects.

It is such service oriented industry, which requires more customization of services to get customer’s satisfaction. As we know MIDC develops industrial estates in suburban and rural area where most of workers require good food at economical price.

There are many government organizations are taking steps to accelerate industrial growth in states. Their main focus is to facilitate the industries with power, roads, transports and water. They are least concerned about good food places.

In industrial Very some people are interest to open hotel, restaurant and canteens because of low margin on economical food. The big hurdle to arrange finance too.

The hygienic and economical food assures the better work productivity and good health of workers.

Proposed Hotel Synopsis:-

Our proposal to provide eating house with the full meal, snacks, cold and hot drinks and other related facilities. At present one has go very long to get good food in Additional MIDC MURBAD area.

Our motive to provide hygienic food at economical price and provide employment to villagers.

We propose following menu to serve in our hotel.

1. Maharastrian food.

2. South Indian food

3. Punjabi food

4. Tea, Coffee, Cold Coffee and Bornvita milk.

5. Rice Plate

6. Local fast food.
