Observation:

Overall the community is well maintained and has a welcoming curb appeal. The staff was busy and expressed that they were overwhelmed with work due to no internet/phone service. Lisa was very helpful and assisted with documents that I needed to complete the summary. Overall, I observed a team of hard-working and dedicated people.

Supportive Services- (per LURA, exhibit C)

Provide 5 on-going services designed for the physical or social needs of the tenant population

Provide some or all of the following supportive services tailored to the particular tenant occupying each Special Need Tenant Unit:

24-hour, 7 days a week crisis intervention

Psychosocial assessments

Referrals to other services and programs

Personal financial management and budgeting

Medication management

Health and wellness instruction and education

Job training and support coaching

Day and residential supports for tenants with a developmental disability

Observation:

The community was well manicured had a positive energy, with lots of activities, as well as a friendly staff. I didn’t get the opportunity to meet the manager. However, the staff was very helpful and provided a lot of insight about the program.
