Identifying Issues on Kudler Fine Foods

Problems and issues have different meanings. A problem is a hindrance to achieving set goals and objectives. It’s a puzzle or question that needs to be solved. An issue is the main subject of concern of a problem. Problems always need a solution. Issues and problems arise in business, organizations, and companies. As a manager, it’s very crucial to know the difference in other to know what to do when faced with issues in the company
These are some of the issues at kudler fine foods;
Kudler fine foods deal with perishable products, and do not use any preservatives; about 12% of their products are donated, even if they are still in good conditions, they items are rotated on a daily basis. The company needs to find ways of preserving these perishable foods to save money.
The company cannot afford to pay specialists in butchering, baking, and winery financially because their pay is usually higher than the clerks and stock personnel. The company allows the employees take home some perishable items to help them save money on food.
The company needs more employees to work. The store manager would be able to monitor the sales at the other stores, and would also save her time, and energy.
Another issue about kudler fine foods is that the location of the Del Mar store. The store located in a town with small population and not enough people are buying gourmet foods.
The store manager needs to be able to identify all these issues and problems of the store. This would help her have a better vision, plan and strategize ways to achieve more set goals in the company.
