FUEL

7.1 If You do not select the Prepaid Fuel Option (where available), and You return the Vehicle with less fuel than it had when You rented it, You must pay the Fuel Service Charge per litre as set out on the Rental Document.
7.2 The fuel level of the Vehicle at the time You rent it and at the time You return it to Budget is determined by visual inspection by Budget of the Vehicle's fuel gauge.

PAYMENTS BY HIRER

4. The hirer shall pay Budget Rent A Car for the hire of the vehicle for the period specified in Clause 2 above, as well as any other charges specified in the Rental Agreement. Payment is due on demand at the end of the rental period.

5. In addition to the payment specified in clause 4 above, the hirer shall pay Budget Rent A Car the sum specified in the Rental Agreement for any insurance cover accepted by the hirer. A surcharge may also apply if the hirer or any additional driver is under 25 years of age.

Fuel

By not selecting the Prepaid fuel option, and the vehicle is returned with less fuel then it had when hired, a fuel service charge will be charged per letre as set out on the rental document.

The level of fuel is measured by a visual inspection by Budget, from the time when you rent it and the time you return it.

Payments by hirer

Payment of the rental will include the hire of the vehicle for the specified period and any other charges shown in the Rental Agreement. Payments need to be made immediately at the end of the rental period.

As well as the previous charges shown above, the hirer will also pay Budget Rent a Car any insurance cover which is accepted by the hirer (specified in the rental agreement). If the hirer or additional driver is under the age of 25 years of age, a surcharge my be applied.
