An entrepreneur sees “problems” as “opportunities,” then takes action to identify the solutions to those problems and the customers who will pay to have those problems solved. I chose to talk to a successful entrepreneur Ms Pam Sahsi who has established business in India as well as Canada. She is an Indian born Canadian who lived in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She is a graduate from Abbotsford High School and a certified management accountant from certified Accountants of British.

She owns a company named CFO Incorporated in Vancouver, Canada in partnership with her relative Mr Pammi Buttar(Chartered Accountant). The company CFO, Inc. is a leading financial services and business-consulting provider. It provides services in the following key business areas: Monthly Accounting, Payroll, Cash Flow Management, Tax Services, Insurance, Human Resources, Investment Management, IT consulting, and Strategic Planning. 

The two partners started a consulting branch in India in the year 2009 with the name HSB Management Consulting with a vision to provide Global Accounting Solutions 24/7. The Indian office is located in Industrial Area, Phase 9, Mohali, Chandigarh. HSB Management Consultants is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. We have 138,000 outstanding professionals working together to deliver value in 150 countries worldwide. The major clients of CFO/HSB are Williams Moving and storage LTD, Boston Pizza and Bean services. They started up with the business in India with the view of providing their clients 24/ 7 accounting solutions service as there is a big difference in India-Canada time.
