The College Pro Franchise would be a great experience for me because I’m looking to open my own business after obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree. I believe that this franchise will help me build a foundation of the necessary knowledge and skills needed to venture out on my own. I am the best candidate for this job because I am a hard worker. I have maintained above a 3.5 GPA while attending Manhattanville College in addition to balancing my demanding Lacrosse schedule. This has allowed me to learn to manage my time well. I believe in efficiency, reliability, and being energetic. I put myself out there and take risks for bigger gains.

I have an outgoing and competitive spirit, which drives me to be the best at what I do without compromising professional relationships. I am confident in everything I put forth because I am proud of my results. Whether or not I am suited up for a lacrosse game, I work hard in the weight room and strive to improve my stick handling skills by taking extra time everyday to work on them with my coach. There has to be pride in the preparation for there to be pride in the end result. The same goes for my coursework. I need to put one hundred and ten percent into all my studying because that will enable my success in the course overall. My outgoing personality is key when working with people and encouraging employees to work to their fullest and be the best they can be. I find it beneficial to be a source of encouragement and it gives worth to my efforts.
