Teenager pregnancy has become a very serious problem that we need to focus on. Teenagers are more open to sexual relationships because they could get all the information from the media and magazines. As the result, teenager would become pregnant more easily. Their educations are affected when they become pregnant. In my opinion, I stand on the side to where teenagers really need to have better education on intimate relationships and understand the solution to problems that could possibly affect their whole life. Moreover, by not knowing how to how to take precautions and to protect themselves, teens will often in time end up taking a tougher road in life. We need to help them to make the right decisions in which will help to decrease the high risk of becoming pregnant, and to be away from the Sexual Transmitted Disease (STD), for example HIV.

According to “Why Teenagers Get Pregnant”, Castleman Said, “Planned parenthood estimates that there are 11 million sexually active teens in the United States today” (Castleman). As the society gets more modern, more information are available to teenagers through internet surfing. However, not all the knowledge that they got from the internet are current and accurate. Their lives could be affected deeply when the wrong information was acquired. Researcher strongly suggests the government to get involved into how to block these sexual websites that teenager could surf on. In addition to that, parents also need to pay attention to what kind of the website that their teens are regularly browsing.

In nowadays, some of the reasons that cause teenagers to become pregnant are family problems, such as family background and the sex education through school and home.
