The organization is looking for a reasonable development and running a topology will be perfect for their organization, and can be upgrader pretty easy later in the future. Using a topology is a superb and obvious option for the organization. The organization presently has setup an Ethernet network which has a bandwidth of 10Mbps. What we are seeking is bandwidth of 100Mbps and to make that occur we must install a 100 Base TX network. In order for the network to operate at its desired speeds, modifications will have to be made. By improving the network interface cards and setting up CAT 5 UTP will be required to accomplish the improvements the organization is looking for. Another thing we should look in to is updating the RAM, making easier and faster to process anything they need. I think that without the RAM improvement, the server won't be in apposition to carry out and tackle the requirements of the organization. Therefore we should update the RAM that will let the information to be transmitted at a higher speed that allows more activities for the customers immediately. Also another thing that we would have to look in to is the HUB system they have. In case the hub is simply a normal hub, in that case it will have difficulties assisting the network when it’s upgraded. The buying of a smart hub is a necessity to make sure improved performance for the network. Getting an improved hub makes sure that the organization will be capable to tackle the increased bandwidth and requirements on the network. In case a normal hub is utilized, in that case it may cause a lot of problems for the organization for example data collisions.
