Vision

Throughout the rest of my life it is my goal to utilize my strengths to balance my time between my professional, personal, and spiritual life in order to grow to my full potential. Professionally, I hope to find a career path that allows me to utilize my competitive nature in a marketing or sales position. Personally, I intend to get married and raise a few children into adults who will benefit the world. Spiritually, I expect to continue giving back to my church and volunteer my time both domestically and abroad to share the good news of Jesus Christ.

Situation Analysis

Strengths- Personally I believe that I have a lot to offer the world. I believe this confidence is one of my greatest strengths. I know that in order for someone else to believe in me I must first believe in myself. My next greatest strength is my competitive nature. Since I want to go into sales I know that beating other sales rep’s numbers will be a motivational factor that will serve me well. I also know that this competitive nature will drive me to excel past the sales number quotas that are set. I also am a natural leader. I have no problem taking control in-group settings and being the go to person for my group. In the professional realm I believe this leadership skill will shine through, and my employer will be impressed with my ability to take control of tasks and solve problems without needing supervision and direction.

Besides my personality strengths, I also have several technical skills and educational experiences that I know will serve me well in the long run. First, my education from Texas Christian University is invaluable. I believe the Neeley School of Business has given me a great technical education when it comes to marketing and finance, but I also believe that I have been prepared for the professional world much better than my competition, students educated at other universities.
