The author claims that the costs of processing will go down because as organizations learn how to do things better, they become more efficient. But, the author leaves out few important things to consider before reaching to the conclusion.

First, from the reading, it is unclear whether it is likely that the processing of food is used efficient in the industry because companies learned how to do things better. It might be possible that there are not many frozen companies in the market and demand for frozen foods are not as high as an example, which is a 3-by-4-inch print, development of a professor of frozen foods may be slow and not efficient as it may be expected.

Second, author believes that learning how to do things better will eventually lower the cost as it is more efficient. What if demand of frozen foods changes slightly over the course of the years that will eventually cost as much money compared to the profits.

Finally, because a company was in the business for such a long time does not suggest that organization fully understands how to operate company or professing of foods and therefore the cost to process frozen foods will be minimized.

Because the argument leaves out several key issues, it is not sound or persuasive. If it included the items discussed above instead of expecting that same principal will be applied to all the businesses in all the industry and considered the possible future changes in the industry, the argument would have been more thorough and convincing.
