Definition of Terms

Computer- is a device that accepts information (in the form of digitalized data) and manipulates it from some result based on a program or sequence of instruction on how the data is to be processed.

Computer System- System of interconnected computers that share a central storage system and various peripheral devices such as printers, routers and scanners.

Manual - Controlled or manipulated by a human operator(not automatically, such as by a computer) or powered by a human or animal muscle power.

System- Is a collection of elements or components that are organized for a common purpose. The word sometimes describes the organization or plans it self and sometimes describe the parts in the system.

Microsoft access- is a relational database management system by Microsoft that combines the relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user interface and software development.

INTRODUCTION

The growth of technology has gone so far. The use of computer has become the needs of the daily. With an increased in their widespread used, computers has become compulsory to everyone. Computers are the best means for storage and management of data. It serves as the huge knowledge owing to their processing power and storage capabilities. The propose system is storing and accessing the old and even the new file/data of employees. Based on our researched recording of employees information Are manually done.
