Letter

To Whom it may concern,

Over the past year I have worked at CRI I have grown to love everything about it, the people, the atmosphere, and the all around core values that the RAC functions by to accommodate each and every individual person who comes through the front doors of the facility.

I feel connections with every program area in the RAC is important to attain our goal of "getting out of the fish bowl." If I am selected as a team leader I will encourage not only my team but the entire staff to get involved with each different area and develop a connection with everyone. I understand the importance of representing not only myself but representing Aquatics in a professional manner outside the facility but more importantly while on duty. Knowing what is important and setting priorities in line is important in conducting a successful team of people. Everyone who works at the RAC are very alike and all working towards the same goals and thats why I love working there. Although I say everyone is alike, each person has a different personality and different specialities to bring to the table. For myself, I love working as a team and I am the biggest advocate for working together to solve problems or create a solution. I am a people pleaser to the max, and in that I love to go out of my way to make sure someone else is being helped and make someone else's day a little brighter. When working as a team cooperation is very important to me because I am more than willing to work with someone who is willing to work with me.

I love what I do so much that I am going to be sad the day I actually have to move and get a "real job." I want to be a team leader because I want to show the new staff and my co-workers how much I enjoy working at the RAC and how many doors, working there only for a short time, that have been opened to me through just a simple job and how grateful I am for that.
