THIS DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE EXECUTED AT CHENNAI ON THIS THE 28th DAY OF SEPTEMBER’2012.

KANNAPPAN, S/o KN.Vallayappan hereinafter referred to as “VENDOR” which expression shall unless repugnant to or inconsistent with the context mean and include itself, legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors -in-interest and assigns of the ONE PART.

M/s.AKCT Cidambaram Cotton Mill Private Limited., a company registered under Indian Companies Act,1956 and having its Registered Office at No.12, Haddows Road, Chennai – 600 006 (PAN No.AAFCA2962B) represented by its Managing Director, AL.Chidambaram, Hindu, aged about 37 years, residing at No.12, Haddows Road, Chennai – 600 006 hereinafter referred to as the “PURCHASER” which expression shall unless repugnant to or inconsistent with the context mean and include the said company, itself, legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors -in-interest and assigns of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS Mr K.K Venugopal ,son of Mr M.K.Nambyar ,purchased the land bearing Plot No.168 comprised in S.No.12/1 situated at sholinganallur Village Saidapet Taluk ,Chingleput District ,measuring an extent of 38400Sq.ft. or thereabouts from Mr M.Chockalinga Mudaliar ,Son of Annamalai Mudaliyar ,and others through a sale Deed dated 15.12.1966 ,which was registered as Document No.4173 of 1966 in the Office of the Sub-Registrar,Saidapet .The said Mr K.K.Venugopal became the owner of the said property after the purchase,
