COMPUTEREIZED SALES INVENTORY SYSTEM FOR J.D CASTI ENTERPRISES

An inventory system is essentially a collection of items ready for use. The term is used to describe a business inventory storing raw materials for products development and a retail store’s inventory of ready-for-sale items, such as clothes or electronics. Since an inventory is a collection of valuable items, it is essentially an asset for the company. An inventory system can help the business owner control the items within the inventory to ensure it does not become a liability.

The proponents would like to implement the computerization of Sales and Inventory in J.D CASTI ENTERPRISES because the list of their products is in manual form and it will help them to make it easy to encode their products. The company also want to have an IS to lessen the workload of the company and to easily see what they want if needed.

The J.D CASTI ENTERPRISES is manages by only one person and this person is the owner of the company and the company has many different hardware and electrical products.

The features that are included in the computerized sales and inventory system is the inventory form as a record for the administration as an input data. There is also a sales form for the sales of the products for the buyers in buying an item. The text field is visible for the interfaces of this system were data can be generated. For the manipulation of the data there are different buttons included. The new entered items automatically recorded in the database.
