McBride Financial Services is a mortgage lender company that provides loans for home purchasing and refinancing. The business headquarter operates out of Boise, Idaho but McBride Company is seeking to expand into five state areas of Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, and North Dakota. “McBride Company’s mission will be the preeminent provider of low cost mortgage services. McBride targets professional purchasing a primary or secondary residences, retirees, or families purchasing recreational properties (McBride Financial Services, 2011)”. To do this, McBride needs a marketing campaign to set off business plan, create a larger customer-base for mortgage services, and also continue to grow a company. This paper will cover market research, target markets, types of media, and marketing on the Internet for McBride Financial Services to accomplish their marking goals. Good intro.

Market Research Would Undertake

Market research will need to take place on the goals of McBride Financial Services marketing campaign. “This is a challenge for the McBride financial services to recognize the culture of the market but this helps the firm to expand a customer portfolio and database of the clients (Sagor, R. 2005)”. Data needs to be collected on the current and historic sales or accounts that have been sold, and this can be completed with a tracking system to effectively collect this data based on their goals. The primary key points of the collected data are the targeted audience they are looking for, how they heard about the company, and how they were sold the merchant account. With researching the data they already have, they can put it to good use to repeatedly reach out to the correct audience and also examine the positions of the customers.
