Questions for Wait Staff/Hostess/Bartender/Accountants/Drivers:
* What motivates you?
* I have to pay my bills somehow. Money is what motivates me, only reason I come to work.
* Do you like working at Pizza House?
* “Yeah” sarcastically. “Pizza house is a great establishment blah blah blah.” It’s hard to come to work, especially when I have a degree and I’m working at a pizzeria.
* What is your day like?
* Cleaning, waiting tables, side work, nothing too important or specific, I’m just a hostess.
* How do you handle complaints?
* “With a smile, and getting the manager.” I generally don’t have complaints due to my specific job as a hostess.
* How do you handle drunk kids/college kids?
* “I don’t have to, I work days not nights, and when I work Saturday’s I just blow it off, I basically ignores the drunks.”
* What brought you to Pizza House?
* “It was random, I live in Dexter, and went to school at Eastern it was convenient.”
* What’s the culture like?
* “Good culture, tiers of managers, managers are in charge and you have to listen to them.”
* How could your job be better?
* “More money” Stephanie is motivated by money and thinks she would work harder and better if she were paid more.
* Do you feel like you can communicate with your managers easily?
* Yes, I can. However I can’t communicate with the kitchen! They see things different from the rest of us. They just don’t appreciate what we do.
* Why do you think Pizza House is so successful?
* It’s successful because it delivers a great product and service, but mostly the location allows it to be successful.
* How can Pizza House be improved?

* Are you satisfied with your job?
* I have a degree, so no. My job is pointless and I am more qualified.
