A Plan for Positive Influence
Teams play an intricate part in the business world today. If a team recognizes that together they can increase a business’s success rate. This plan to create a positive influence in an organization will include the assessments of each team member, communication, motivation, trust, high performance, and satisfaction with the team as a whole.
Team Assessments
Sub-styles of interactive styles
As a member of the team my behavioral style assessment characterized me in the interactive style of being 1c, which is the impresser. The goal that motivates me is to win with flair. I am the type that does not want to win at any cost or hurt other members of the team’s feelings. The impresser feels that taking shortcuts is the same as cheating and will avoid this type of behavior. People that procrastinate about getting started will get on my nerves and then I become very impatient. The impresser will get so involved with completing a project that they will stretch the truth a little.
