Abstract

Advanced technology has lead to the capability of students from kindergarten through 12th grade and also college to obtain educations and degrees completely online. These online educational schools are known as cyber schools, cyber charter schools, virtual schoolhouses or online schools. Online schooling provides families and children with flexibility, an innovative education and another option when brick-and-mortar school systems are not the right fit for the student. This paper addresses the innovative cyber schools and how students test scores and success compare to those who attend standard public high school.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Introduction

   Today’s technological abilities have lead to unrealistic advances in education. Cyber charter schools are becoming a popular option compared to the traditional public school. These online schools allow students to get a degree completely from home through the use of a computer.  As students begin to grow in favor of online schooling, concerns rise from the public about the success of Cyber School.
