Many medical tests done on animals here made it possible for humans to live longer. This is a major pro for animal testing is that it aids researchers and scientists in finding drugs and treatments for humans. These tests include cancer and HIV testing on animals to ensure that they can help human lives be more productive and hopefully not be sick all of the time. While there are numerous pros and cons of animal testing, the ethical aspect overshadows both of them, which means that they as people will believe in the benefits for all of us. There are countless animals, mice, and rats that are experimented on and then killed and they don’t get a chance at a good life as it was supposed to be for them when they were born. Others are injured and still live in captivity for the rest of their lives. The pros and cons of animal testing are some animals are injured and still able to live in captivity or are killed because of the experimentation.

The major pro for animal testing is that it aids researchers and scientists in finding drugs and treatments to improve health and medicine for the human race that will help people in the long run in their overall health and wellness.
