What moves us? What is behind our decisions? Why do we make a choice for something or cancel it? How often and deliberately do we take our decisions and why?

How often do we address these questions to ourselves and how simple can we find the answers? Maybe it is not always… Most of time, we have even not enough time to do it. We just analyze the situation, assess the variants and take a decision. Perhaps, it is because the majority of our decisions are regarded through the frames of our daily problems and don’t need serious examination. It could not deal with the problems of the future carrier, quality of education or the choice of high educational establishment.

Many important things are depended on this choice in the fate of each of us. Education and knowledge gives us possibility to fulfill ourselves in our life and society. How much do we have to study to become successful? Is there any limit? For someone it is enough to finish secondary school, while others try to improve their knowledge for whole life. All aspects of life are very individual and reflect our personality and the imagination of ourselves and our striving for the future results we would like to have.

And here it would be appropriately to give some information about myself, my vital values, interests, priorities and plans for the future. Thus, I’ll try to answer (first of all to myself) these questions, why I need the MBA and why I want to study.

I was born in Kiev in a typical intelligent family, where the education is appreciated most of all. Critical attitude to ourselves, our results, mistakes and achievements, hard working dates for the personal improvement and the huge desire to become the best – it is a small list of values, which were cultivated in our family in educational area.
