metropolitan area, metro area or metro is a region consisting of a densely populated urban core and its less-populated surrounding territories, sharing industry, infrastructure, and housing. A metropolitan area usually comprises multiple jurisdictions and municipalities: neighborhoods, townships,cities, exurbs, counties, and even states. As social, economic and political institutions have changed, metropolitan areas have become key economic and political regions.

· Capital will increase, thus, providing a way to lower liabilities

· There is a possibility of having the sites sold faster since the government needs more housing sites for relocation of poor people

Disadvantage/s:

· There's no assurance that the organizations/agencies will buy the land especially if the site does not meet their standards

· They may not achieve their desired price of the asset

Sell parcels of commercial lots.

Advantage/s:

· Capital will increase, thus, providing a way to lower liabilities

Disadvantage/s:

· It takes time to find a buyer.

· Might not be able to achieve the price they want due to variables such as economy, weather, etc.

Evaluate and revise the three year plan

Advantage/s:

· Objectives will be more achievable

· The probability of unexpected or unwanted results (below expectations) may be lessened

· Liabilities will be settled one by one
