S: Sir __. Here is our wine list, we have a variety of wines for you to choose from aperitifs, champagne and sparkling wines, white wines, red wines, and dessert wines to compliment your food orders.

BOY: can you suggest me the best lines of wines from aperitifs to desserts to accompany our foods?

S; sir may I suggest dry vermouth for your aperitif. It is an aromatized fortified wine flavored with various botanicals (roots, barks, flowers, seeds, herbs, spices).

Dom perignon a champagne for your appetizer. It is produced by the Champagne house Moët & Chandon and serves as that house's prestige champagne.

For your white wine may I suggest a chardonnay which is the world’s most famous white wine grape and is behind the finest white Burgundies. 

For your red wine may I suggest a cabernet sauvignon. one of the world's most widely recognized red wine grape varieties.

And lastly for your dessert wine may I suggest a moscato. It is from the moscato grape which is one of italy’s most eager wine ambassadors.
