Preparation is the key to success. Here are three suggestions of how to prepare for your interview

Attend Events
It's important that you take full advantage of all activities we offer if available in your area. Our events may include: presentations, careers fairs, panel discussions, or educational workshops. Check our Events Calendar to see when we may be coming to your campus. Try to attend as many events as possible - they're an integral opportunity to meet people and get a feel for what we offer as an employer.

Match your skills to our opportunities
Think about what's important to you - and why it might be important to us. In other words, what are your valuable assets? The investment banking industry requires a delicate mix of skills to meet its opportunities. Each position requires a key set of different skills and competencies. Take a look at the compare division tool under the global graduate program you are interested in. Here you can match your skills within a division. We ask you to decide which division you think might be right for you and to have an idea of the type of job you would like to do.

Research the industry
We are passionate about what we do and we would like you to be too. Good preparation and research is not just about passing the interview like passing an exam. It's about demonstrating that you are genuinely interested in what we do. Keep up to date with world events that impact on our business
