Organized Function of Management

In business, administration consists of the performance or management of business operations and thus the making or implementing of major decisions. Administration can be defined as the universal process of organizing people and resources efficiently so as to direct activities toward common goals and objectives. According to the text “Management: Leading & Collaborating in a Competitive World” and Bateman and Snell, (2001), the administrative process, is made up of the four traditional functions of administration: the planning, the organization, the leadership and the control.

In this project I will be working on organizing the function of management of the Caribe Hilton Hotel relating to two organizational recourses such as Physical assets, Monetary, Human resources, knowledge, and technology. I will also be discussing whether or not my organization has optimized these organizational resources of effectiveness and efficiency within the company.

The function of the organization established in this company, has managed to optimize these organizational resources to obtain the effectiveness and efficiency in its services.
