Introduction
It has become common that many of us individuals are faced with ethical dilemmas on the job and not sure what to do or which way to turn. After reviewing this case, I will be talking about a young woman named Valerie Young whom is a marketing manager at a international cosmetics and fragrance company, Wisson in Chicago. Next, I will discuss how Valerie overcame her issue with an unethical dilemma that she is facing and how she should approach her supervisor Lionel Waters with this terrible situation.
