Executive Summary

QuikFlixz, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, is a new local and online marketplace for the rental and purchase of the latest and most popular movies and video games available. Our company partners with local businesses such as drug and convenience stores, gas stations, and grocery stores to provide a QuikFlixz owned proprietary machine that will allow customers to rent, purchase, and manage movie and video game services that will be deployed as a disc, or electronic copy. Our electronic online service will allow customers to download, view, and rent videos as well as manage their account on our QuikFlixz.com website.

Our company is currently providing services to our customers electronically throughout the United States. Our local business is currently limited and available to customers in the Northeast region of the US (Maine through Virginia). Our growth strategy will allow us to expand our footprint throughout the rest of the United States in time starting with east coast moving west.

QuikFlixz has purchased warehousing and office space in Wilmington Delaware which will be used for our primary business operations and our shipping/receiving hub for online operations. We will operate in leased space regionally which will allow for replenishment and management of our local machines as well as sales for expansion into new markets.
