ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of opening a fast-
food restaurant in Citiwalk Tarlac City.
The study will first look at the
literature with regard to restaurant feasibility study, and then follow the four steps
proposed by the literature to conduct the feasibility study of the proposed
restaurant. Market area, site selection, competition and financial analysis are made
through observational research, surveys and literature review, and results of the
analysis are concluded.

Chapter 1 Introduction
ELLIANE’S INN is a project designed for a restaurant that will provide the residents of Tarlac City with heart healthy meals. It is operated by Ellaine Dominique Quizon as General Manager. Ellaine’s Inn plan on hiring Zoe Bowers, Czarlyn Adena, Claire calbang each holding a specific post. The plan is to obtain a loan of One Million pesos from Metrobank (1,000,000) and the Ellaine will invest Two Million pesos for start-up capital.
