The Ballard Integrated Managed Services, Inc., has develop an analysis to increase an excelling understanding of the high turnover rate at the Douglas Medical Center .This document will support and accommodate Barbara Tucker, the general manager, and will help with workplace change and growth. This document was developed by Team A specialist and contains data and a proposal to additional understanding and minimize the origin of the high turnover rate. Douglas Medical Center turnover rate has been an industrial regular standard of 55% to 60%. Although, in the last four months it has grew over 64%. The usability of sick time has grown and a large number of employee waste their time on a daily bases. Debbie Horner, HR manager, has developed a survey for employee to give their opinion and views about the work place. The survey will conduct morale, statistic and demographic questions to help with the analysis and coding of the data. The survey will help examine the high turnover rate.

The instrument data that was used in (BIMS) was the sample method to find out why their ethics and morals were down. According to "Sampling" (2012), “The sample method is a process used in statistical analysis in which a predetermined number of observations will be taken from a larger population”. Debbie Horner, HR manager used the sampling method and passed out surveys to 449 worker, asking fourteen questions. Debbie Horner decisive that the upper management doesn’t have to participate in the survey. Out of the 449 worker that got the survey only 78 of them filled them out and returned them. This is a 17.3% response rate. In Debbie Horner survey she ask question that ranged from one to five. However, Debbie Horner used the sample method and wanted some feedback from the worker where she could find the range of ethic and moral within the company.
