1. Why is it important for you to obtain professional credential in your chosen field?

Credentials give you the opportunity to fully grasp your chosen career fully and be successful at understanding all aspects of that career. Have credentials in your chosen career path also helps you to obtain a higher pay scale, the more you know the more and employer is willing to pay you.

2. What is licensure, and why do some states require if for certain fields while others do not? Why is it important to obtain licensure when appropriate?

Licensure is an act of granting a license or giving provision to practice a profession. Each state in the United States has its own legislature and government that make it guidelines, which is why in some states those requirements for a licensure are different. But, when given the opportunity to obtain your licensure it always better to have on the occasion that the requirements change in your state.

3. How can social media tools be used to maintain a professional presence?

Social media tools can be used when a professional wants to keep in contact with their patient or customer. The social media tools can be used to send out updates or to rebind a customer or a patient if an upcoming appointment.

4. How can tool such as LinkedIn be sued to maintain a professional presence?

Sites like LinkedIn can be used as a networking tool to help build you as a new profession or building a new business.
