Vision: 2011/2011

Our vision is to have at least two (2) or three (3) players included in the Eastern Province (EP) squad. As the 2011/2012 vision, as a first step, we as the club wish to take the league. The East London Easter Tournament will serve as a step further in accomplishing this vision. We, the Motherwell R.F.C plan to win The Mayoral Cup. We will do our utmost best to adhere to the vision.

AIM

* The aim is to play in the Super 12 Club Rugby {Six (6) Clubs from the Eastern Province (EP) and six (6) from the Border Rugby}.

* To earmark talented players for inclusion in the EP Squad, in 2012.

* To enrich the players capabilities.

* To start a unique development programme:

1. Junior Primary Schools

2. Senior Primary Schools

3. High schools

In this tournament we will involve parents and teachers to run the tournament with our club officials. We are promoting the game of rugby around the Motherwell area and Port Elizabeth as a whole, as part of our Development Programme.

TOUR TO EAST LONDON

The club will tour to East London over the Easter Weekend. There we will compete with top teams. We have got the arsenal to win the tournament.

We, however, need motivation for our players in order to get the best out of them.

If we can get at least:

1. Golf shirts x 30

2. Tracksuits x 30.

It would be even better if the company name is printed on them.

We are hoping that our request will be considered favourably.
