The purpose of the project is to generate electricity from a renewable energy, which is wind energy to be used to the hand-made pest repellent. People usually face the problem in disturbance pests such as lizards, cockroaches and rats that bring harmful towards the environment. The sub-purpose is to lessen environmental pollution. The hypothesis is to produce a carbon-free energy generator, which can produce electricity to be used to repel the pests. Mill is rotated by wind energy. The electricity spawned will then be directed to a 12 V rechargeable battery which will get charged. The rechargeable battery is then connected to the pest repellent product to produce disturbance ultrasound to the pests which only can be heard by them. The rechargeable battery is used to ensure the continuous supply of electricity to the pest repellent. It will therefore be very convenient because direct electrical power supply is not needed. This product is portable because every part of this windmill can be separated, making it easier to be carried by people. Besides in homes, this product also can be used at wide range areas such as at gardens and at halls as long as there is the presence of wind. The factor which affect the amount of electricity produced is the speed of rotation of the mill by wind energy. In a nutshell, this product can generate electricity rather than obtaining them from a direct current supply, which requires the burning of fossil fuels to be used to the pest repellent.
