RESULTS

Organizational Analysis--5 of the questions dealt specifically with organizational analysis which really looks at how the culture of the organization and identified how the members relate to the organization in general. The results clearly show that strongly disagree/disagree and neutral answers outnumber the agree/strongly agree responses. Only one response strongly agreed they were valued by the organization. Therefore much training must be done to make sure members are trained in the governance of the organization and the role each member plays as well as team building exercises to ensure members truly feel a part of the organization.

Person Analysis--These questions illustrate more about understanding the role and behavior of membership and if they understand what having a voice means. Here it seems just as many people felt they didn't understand their role as those that did.
