As we considered Branson as a leader, he should have followers which are mentioned in the case as his employees.

Brason's relationship with his followers is highly creative, it's like a chain they completing each others. They bring their ideas to reality in a cooperative team working, improving their skills and talents and focus on the positive sides of people. Branson treats them as the important factor to succe...

  * Branson has a lot of In-group followers because he is always willing to accept their innovative ideas. And the followers have high levels of loyalty to him. They have very close relationship.

  * Branson wins his followers trust because he relies heavily on the creativity of his staff. He made a spot on the Virgin Web site called “Got a Big Idea”. He is more a supporter of new ideas than a creator of them. He encourages his followers to search for new business ideas.

  * Branson are willing to take his employee’s good idea into action. For example, a Virgin Airlines flight’s attendant suggested that they can offer some service for wedding. 

  * He hired the employee who he was familiar with. For example, he engage his classmates to work with his magazine Student. Those people were the person he met in everyday.   They were familiar with each and can be trust.
