As the IT administrator for the Acmexx.com domain I would add all members of the sales staff to the Sales Organizational Unit. The sales manager and the four sales representatives and sales administrative assistant will have similar rights to the OU. When the users are created in the Active Directory a user share is created. Each user will have full control over that particular folder. I would create a network Share called Sales would give the user of the Sales workgroup a place to store data that will be accessible to the entire team. I would assign the rights of Read and Change to all of the Sales Representatives and the administrative assistant. I would grant Full Control to the Manager of the Sales group. The Sales group can also be give specific file or folder permissions to the folder subsequent folders. For example, the administrative assistant may need change access to some of the sales documents to correct errors. The other sales representatives only need read access to some data to maintain accurate records of posted sales.

On the Sales server there would be an application that orders are stored and processed. The Sales staff will have access to copy, delete or change their own files. The Sales manager will have the ability to change files for all of the users. The sales manager will have rights to remove specific user’s access to certain folders.
