Information we receive about you

We receive a number of different types of information about you, including:

Your information:

There are two types of information, the first is the information that's required when you sign up for the site, the second is information you choose to share.

* Registration information

When you sign up for Hassati, you are required to provide your name, email address and location.

* Additional information:

Other information can be added, such as: grade book (to assess the student’s needs), preferences, age, gender of the teacher (in case of personal preference from the student), tastes, or general comments. These information are used to provide you with more specific services.

How is the information used?

We use the information we receive about you in connection with the services we provide to you. They allow us to narrow down on what service you precisely need. For example, we may use the information we receive about you to provide the teachers with your location for the class, or your phone number to the institute.

Deactivating your account

* Deactivate

Deactivating your account is basically freezing your account. We do not delete any of your information though. Deactivating an account is telling us not to delete your information because you might want to reactivate your account in the future.

You can deactivate your account in your account settings.

* Deletion

When you delete an account, it is permanently deleted from Hassati. It takes about a days to completely delete an account, but some information may remain in backup copies and logs for up to 30 days. You should only delete your account if you are sure you do not want to use it again. If you do, you will have to re-enter all your information.
