1. The lids of the tumblers I used before cannot perfectly fit the cup. Thus, water can be leaked little by little when I put the tumblers in my handbag. The things in my handbag even get wet.

2. The metal fixtures in some binders are not quite smooth and do not function well. The metal can scratch my fingers and nails when I insert or take out paper from binders.

3. The pigment of highlighters cannot become dry quickly on my textbook paper. My hands and sleeve cuff will be colored then.

4. When I call customer service for my bank account and phone bill, I cannot reach the operator or customer representatives directly. I have to go through several steps to finally reach the operator choice. Sometimes, the instruction of the automated voice is unclear. It is not unusual for me to wrongly go back to the initial menu and to restart different options to reach the customer representatives.

5. In many restaurants, tables are assigned with specific waiters and waitresses. I had the experiences that my friends and I kept looking around to look for my waiters to get ordered, to get silver, or to pay bill, which can seriously affect my mood to enjoy food.

6. The Siri function of iPhone somewhat bothers me. When I move my backpack or lean on it, other things in my backpack can push the home button and activate Siri. Then, the Siri voice function said that “what can I help you?” when I was in class. This also happened to other students as well, which was embarrassing.

7. There is always a certain amount of hand soap left in the bottom of the bottles, as the soap is not enough to be pumped out. I do not like to waste it. Thus, I have to add a little water to dilute the hand soap and to use up the left, which was very inconvenient.

8. The air conditioner in the hotels and apartment I previously lived was not well designed. The conditioner did not work until the room got quite cold. Once it worked, the room would be very dry and hot with the buzz...
