This will help ensure the company’s philosophy of a strong team oriented culture and family atmosphere continues into the future. A qualified workforce will also give Tanglewood a competitive advantage over the other retailers.

Acquire or Develop Talent

Tanglewood’s operational plan emphasizes employee participation and encourages them to voice their opinions. It would be beneficial to the company to train and develop existing employees to be managers. The company is better suited to teach and train them towards the type of management style that is in line with the company’s vision and objectives.
